1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website located at jcurveiq.com and any related pages, content, forms, materials, or resources made available through the website (the “Site”).
By browsing, clicking a link, submitting a form, requesting a demo, downloading materials, or otherwise using the Site, you (“Visitor,” “you,” or “your”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

“JcurveIQ” is a trade name operated by Jcurve Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
In these Terms, “JcurveIQ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jcurve Technologies LLC, doing business as JcurveIQ.

Note: The SaaS platform itself may be governed by a separate End-User License Agreement (“EULA”), customer agreement, order form, Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), or other written agreement between JcurveIQ and the applicable customer.
These Terms apply only to the public Site, unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date above.
Material changes become effective 30 days after we post them, unless a shorter period is required by law or the change is made for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
4. Permitted Use of the Site
You may view pages, download publicly available PDFs or materials, review product information, and use the “Request Demo” form solely for legitimate business evaluation of JcurveIQ’s products and services.
You must not:

copy, scrape, frame, mirror, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site except for standard search-engine caching;

use bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, data-mining tools, automated scripts, or other automated means to access, monitor, extract, or copy Site content;

5. Intellectual-Property Rights
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, screenshots, videos, images, software, code, product names, designs, page layouts, user interface elements, downloadable materials, and the overall “look and feel” of the Site, is owned by Jcurve Technologies LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors.
The Site and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, database, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Site content solely for the Site’s intended purpose.
This license does not allow you to:

If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, product requests, improvement ideas, demo-request comments, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Jcurve Technologies LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, commercialize, and incorporate that Feedback into our products, services, marketing, operations, and business without restriction or compensation to you.
You agree that:

we may use Feedback without obligation to you;

we are not required to keep Feedback confidential;

we are not required to implement Feedback;

Feedback does not create any ownership right, compensation right, or partnership right for you.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or personal financial information through public forms on the Site.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use case.
You acknowledge and agree that:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

11. Limitation of Liability
a. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jcurve Technologies LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, Site content, or your use of the Site shall not exceed USD $100.
b. Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jcurve Technologies LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any:

punitive damages;

exemplary damages;

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jcurve Technologies LLC, doing business as JcurveIQ, and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claim, demand, dispute, loss, damage, liability, judgment, settlement, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

13. Local-Law Compliance & Export Controls
You are responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws that apply to your use of the Site.
The Site, downloadable materials, software descriptions, white papers, documentation, and related content may be subject to U.S. export-control laws, sanctions laws, and trade restrictions.
You agree not to access, use, export, re-export, transfer, or make available any Site content or related materials in violation of applicable export-control laws, sanctions, or trade restrictions.
You may not use the Site if you are:

located in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions;

organized under the laws of a sanctioned country or region;

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@jcurveiq.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, Site content, or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.
Class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, collective actions, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security interests, or unauthorized use of the Site.
Some jurisdictions may not allow mandatory arbitration or class-action waivers. In such cases, this section will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement - These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Jcurve Technologies LLC regarding use of the Site.
If you are a customer or authorized user of the JcurveIQ SaaS platform, your use of the software platform may also be governed by a separate EULA, customer agreement, order form, DPA, or other written agreement.
Severability - If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced to achieve the original intent as closely as permitted by law.
Force Majeure - Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet backbone failures, hosting outages, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or other events outside reasonable control.
No Waiver - Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Jcurve Technologies LLC.
Assignment -You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.
Relationship of the Parties - Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and Jcurve Technologies LLC.
Headings - Headings are included for convenience only and have no legal effect.

Schedule 1: Data Processing Notice for Website Visitors
This Schedule 1 provides additional information about how personal data submitted through the public website is handled.
1. Role
For personal data you submit through the “Request Demo” form, contact forms, or similar website interactions, Jcurve Technologies LLC, doing business as JcurveIQ, acts as a data controller under the GDPR/UK GDPR and as a business under the CCPA/CPRA, where those laws apply.
This Notice applies only to the public marketing Site.
Customers who create platform accounts, receive product access, upload documents, or use the JcurveIQ SaaS platform may be covered by a separate Data Processing Addendum, EULA, customer agreement, or other written contract.
2. Data Collected
We may collect the following information from website visitors:

Article 6(1)(c): Legal obligation Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, or regulatory obligations.
5. Retention
We retain website visitor data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Typical retention periods:

Those activities may be governed by a separate EULA, Data Processing Addendum, customer agreement, order form, or other written agreement.
